 The invention relates to a visually and aesthetically pleasing cooking device that allows food, especially meat, to be cooked healthily and in a short time after serving in food service establishments.

 

The invention especially consists of the lower table that positions the invention on the floor and carries the other elements on it, the support element that is positioned on the said lower table and provides strength to the invention, the intermediate connection element, the corner connection element and the bun on which the food is cooked and connected to the said corner connection element with the help of hooks. 

 

PRIOR ART

 

Various solid fuels, especially coal, are used in the cooking devices in current applications, and as a result, the smoke that emerges during the combustion event causes air pollution. This smoke, which also contains various toxic gases, also poses a danger to the person standing by the device during cooking. 

 

In current applications, foods are in direct contact with the fuel and cooked foods are exposed to carbon monoxide gas. Thus, foods cooked using such cooking devices are harmful to human health. 

 

Since direct fire is used during the cooking process in current applications, burning, drying and hardening in a short time are observed in foods. As a result, food becomes inedible. The person dealing with this process has to constantly control the foods that are being cooked. 

 

In current applications, the cooking process takes a very long time. For example, the long cooking time in food service establishments results in dissatisfaction with customers who have to wait a long time, especially at busy times. For this reason, cooking time is especially important in places that provide food.

 

The cooking process in the current technique is done inside and then served to the tables with plates. The degree of cooking of the requested food depends entirely on the person who is dealing with the cooking process. In other words, the desired degree of cooking cannot be achieved.  

 

Based on these results, it is clear that a new structure should be introduced in order to solve the above-mentioned problems on cooking devices. 

 

The invention has been put forward to solve the above-mentioned problems.

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

 

The invention solves all of the above-mentioned problems simultaneously. In its most general form, the subject invention consists of the lower table that positions the invention on the floor and carries the other elements on it, the support element that is positioned on the said lower table and provides strength to the invention, the intermediate connection element, the corner connection element and the bun on which the food is cooked and connected to the said corner connection element with the help of hooks.
